Then, lastly tape the spine of the papers so as to wrap them.

Since it's hard to replace the pages in the contract bound with a bookbinding tape, you can stamp a seal on only one place.
However, if it is an important contract, you need to stamp seals to the back cover of the contract.
If there are many contract parties, using a bookbinding tape, you can reduce the labor to stamp seals on every page.
